Well folks, we have endured some definitely difficult times on our site.

Allow me to update you as what is in our future.

As of now, the last management contact I had is moving forward on a new opportunity and will no longer be with us.

So, the only person left is an overworked employee who it trying to hold the building together with kite string.

What will this mean? It is playing out to be this: Because of the highly complex technical issues we're up against and no one available to help out, we are on our own.

I can assure you that I will be here as well as most of the current Moderator team.

Verification stars will not be issued. Some things will not be removed due to being outside our permission level. And the HTML issues will remain.

After being a cop for bunches of years, I had learned to make due with what I had. Rarely did I get anything for free and cool gear was always out of reach.

Same here. I will help with your issues as much as possible as well as the Moderator team.

But, for all of our enthusiasm in early 2011, we will not be seeing any of the innovations we compiled for a l-o-n-g time. Don't look for 2012 to be a banner year of improvement. Since we are not a money generator, we sit at the bottom of pile for technical help.

Still, you are a sturdy crew that continues to exude a 'git-r-done' mentality. That's kinda what we need around here.

We may not have all the stuff we need on the site to make life easy, but LEO work has never been easy.

Keep at it folks. Don't let the broken things get ya down.

And most of all, stay safe out there.

 Thanks for the update Sarge. Sounds a lot like what I'm dealing with at work. Just gotta dig in our heals and keep on, keepin' on. Sooner or later things will start looking up. God bless you all and stay safe.

Thanks Sarge for the update. Actually except for a few minor things I don't see it so much as a problem as something good. Look at it this way, WE finally get to run the show! This way we do not have some weenie running around demanding that we be so PC that we call a dirtbag just someone who for lack of a warm upbringing with not enough toys and butt kissing by his parents they would not be 'acting out' and murdering others and how that is our fault, not his. <LOL> I'm there for you Brother and while I have refused to get really involved deeply in the past, I am now offering to do whatever you wish of me. Unfortunately some of my disabilities prevent me from remembering how to do intricate computer actions just let me know what I can do for you.
