I really don't see that ending well.

I believe if that Herp was about to attack the Kitteh, there wouldn't be enough time to flick that  pic.  Constrictors (from what i've seen and owned) sqaut first then strike fast.   This Snakes Probably  domesticated and Well fed.  Animals  sometime choose some strange bedfellows or buddies.  When I rescued a columbian Boa, my dog cried til I let the damn snake out of the cage so he  can carry  it around the house....

Snakes are wild animals, and they act by instinct.  They feel no affection or loyaty;  that is beyond their capacity, to spite what humans think they percieve.  They are unpredictable, especially with a predator. 

It a cute picture, but very irresponsible of the caregiver to do.

     IMO, Snakes(Herps) are wild Animals, however they can absolutly be Domesticated such  as Dogs, Parrots, Pigs ect.The Rememdy  is  quiet simple, as Herp owners we call it Handling the Herp Daily, and not distrurbing the snake during Shedding before hibernation. After Shedding/Hibernation they are  usually  ready to eat, as ive fed mine live prey.  After that they love to lounge, and lovehuman body  heat~I agreet some may mistake this for a affetion, but by  all means they can be VERY docile creatures, children always handled  my  smaller Boa's. 

     Some Herp hobbiest prefer to buy a Captive Bred  Herp~It's highly unlikely they  go about grabbing them OUT OF THE WILD.  lol'z   Most are bred in captivity by  breeders

      Are you aware that most  Snakes/Boas/Constrictures Eat aproximately every4- 5 weeks and hibernate on a monthly basis?  Kinda debunks a well fedcaptive bred hand held Boa about to attack an innoncent defenseless cat. who's not hissing or pawing away at it's attacker~~please show me a cat that does that??

Anyway, I thought the thread was about dating??  How did the Pic pertain to the thread, was it BEWARE WOMENZ, Don't date a slivery snake. If in fact that i the message, think your a little too late, most  woman been there done that..

The reptilian brain is far more primitive than the animals you mentioned.  Their braions are hard wired at birth, and they are what they are.

They are unique creatures that seek to survive, feed, and reproduce.  The feelings you atribute to them such as affection are unknown to them,  you are more of an object to them and a food sorce.  They are not trainable,  if you conform to thier basic instincts they reacted somewhat predictably.  They are still wild, even when domesticly raised;  their genes are unaltered, they have not neen bred extensively enough to change this, or their instinctive bahavior.

I don't attribute any Herp  as an animal that will ask my  hand in marriage, they like body heat, people mistake (captivebred) reps as it a sign of affection.  The picture neither shows a snake kissy poo with a kitteh, but I can debunk 100's over, that it's the beginning of a snake attack and it's the Kitteh's last  day on earth. Snakes use  their Tongues  smell, some snakes use their tongues to mention just how much more they know then you.....ya know?

Ok, all Jokes aside, If I was serious about dating again(I more often then not turn down a date) I would associate myself with people(MALES) with the same similarities:  (a civilian) that enjoys K9's rehabilitation, Fostering and Rescueing, Volunteering at soup kitchens, Feeding Ducks, Fishing, Nature, NYC Central Park~Manhattan, Culinary Arts, NYG's/NYJ's and Patience while I'm shopping, you would be patient if I was picking out Victoria Secrets so be able to do the same when I looking for Blackened sesame seeds for a garnish

 Couples who get divorced get  to caught up in trying to get even with each other.   Then you get angry and bitter to say nothing of poorer because your trying to stick it to the other person.   It leaves you unable to really have a good life with someone else because of the anger and bitterness.     If you don't deal with these issues you can never move on with your life no matter how good the veggies look in the produce isle.

Find someone that just wants to live in sin and join the rest of the world but protect yourself.  No marriage it mucks things up too much...

and there is a good tactic re: cruising grocery stores:

if you follow the usual route, most stores have you enter from the right, and you travel thru the store right to left and then checkout. you only see who is with you heading up and down t he same aisles, however, if you enter the store,  immediately cross the front of the store passing all the checkout counters, and  begin shopping left to right, you will pass and see everyone in the store.

Good advice to wait and get your self sorted first. Work out what you want in a partner and go looking for that when you are ready.
