| Posted over 1 year ago Better for both to steer clear of downgrading their exes. If you list your grievances over dinner together, your date starts wondering, "She's got a real ax to grind. Am I next?" A man who has a healthy relationship with his mother is going to love women. Even better if he has sisters! |

| Posted over 1 year ago at this rate I might bring the ax to dinner with me..and prop it pretty on the table.... kidding of course......and yes I agree you can tell a lot about a guy by how he treats the women in his immediate family... as long as he don't sleep in the attic and take showers with mom then he should be a winner ...Ive seen those cases before..... : shudder: WATCH OUT for the ones that refer to their moms as mommy dearest too...or pumpkin and sweetheart..... In Life we should experience an adventure that will create a memory worth repeating.....unknown..... |

| Posted over 1 year ago Fate, you're absolutely correct about not needing a guy to have fun.I have NEVER needed one.Yellowstone is beautiful, been there twice.Wisconsin Dells is also,I lived ther for awhile.Flying is fantastic. What you don't want to experience however is hitting an air pocket over Pittsburg and dropping 600 ft. been there done that. |

Yikes that sounds super scary!! and yes I am leaning toward yellowstone mainly b/c I love nature at it's best and my parents want to go there 55 years old and have never had a real vacation so I think it would be nice to take them and my son..I want to surprise them ...as far as needing a guy for fun..... um I would hope not in your case .... I also must say MarlyB that was'nt the multiple talent that I had in mind.......a guy that can cook, speak foreign langauge, build stuff.....more then one talent is always a good thing. wins brownie points for me... would doing laundry be considered a talent as well ? In Life we should experience an adventure that will create a memory worth repeating.....unknown..... |

| Posted over 1 year ago Actually, Fate30, the "seal" in my animated gif joke is showing just one talent. But if you saw potential, you must be looking on the bright side of dating! On the other hand, you can't beat determination, time and heavy advertising for sheer optimism!

| Posted over 1 year ago yeah no kidding..... I think I might frame my DV report hang it on the wall and when I get tempted to date I can look at it and say nope not going there.....good reason for a divorce I would say and a NON dating attitude.....back on subject.... to the OP that's why I say enjoy life be happy your happiness lies within your responsibility not the disposal of others....you can want to date and want a guy but you don't NEED a guy... be strong be independent... focus on you! I am proud to say I work two jobs average 60 hrs per week I have a son and I go to school with an A average... and it's a awesome feeling to do this :) In Life we should experience an adventure that will create a memory worth repeating.....unknown..... |

| Posted over 1 year ago Couples who get divorced get to caught up in trying to get even with each other. Then you get angry and bitter to say nothing of poorer because your trying to stick it to the other person. It leaves you unable to really have a good life with someone else because of the anger and bitterness. If you don't deal with these issues you can never move on with your life no matter how good the veggies look in the produce isle. YaYa Sister |

| Posted over 1 year ago and there is a good tactic re: cruising grocery stores: if you follow the usual route, most stores have you enter from the right, and you travel thru the store right to left and then checkout. you only see who is with you heading up and down t he same aisles, however, if you enter the store, immediately cross the front of the store passing all the checkout counters, and begin shopping left to right, you will pass and see everyone in the store. |

...wedding ring,
....suffer-ring!

| Posted over 1 year ago Good advice to wait and get your self sorted first. Work out what you want in a partner and go looking for that when you are ready.
Celery Stalker in the grocery store!! Nice one. Don't want a Cereal Cheater either so stay away from the bakery isle!!! |
