I would be completely lost if I had to start dating again. I have been with my wife 18 years. which is pretty amazing considering that when i was 15 my life ambition was to be the next "American Gigolo" (what can i say i was not very ambitious). We have not had the greatest marriage, we have had our fair share of bad times and good times, we don't see eye to eye on most subjects. My wife is a very politcal correct person, I am not, i have  this habit of being very direct at times. Depsite everything we some how find common ground and manage to exist together. I think after being married and with someone for so long they become part of you, I think that when a relationships ends to due to death, divorce and or two people simply decide that things are not working out it throws a person's life into limbo. the problem i would have with dating is I have serious trust issues when it comes to people. My wife on the other hand would tell yopu she wouldn't want to start dating again for the simple fact it has taken her a very long time to "Train Me" she said it would be simply to hard to train a replacment.

I'm seperated after 20 years........I've decided to drowned myself in working as much overtime as possible, thus I don't have to figure out how to start dating again. I'm still in the same place that I was born and raised.......therefore I know all the girls here and the things they've done, so on and so forth. I ain't moving right now, so I guess I'll continue to let my 1 year old grand daughter be my best girl! She gives good sugars!!

I believe if that Herp was about to attack the Kitteh, there wouldn't be enough time to flick that  pic.  Constrictors (from what i've seen and owned) sqaut first then strike fast.   This Snakes Probably  domesticated and Well fed.  Animals  sometime choose some strange bedfellows or buddies.  When I rescued a columbian Boa, my dog cried til I let the damn snake out of the cage so he  can carry  it around the house....

This was the Second day of "courtship", Romeo is named that for a Reason, but I don't think he realizes the snakes possibly a male....lol'z

Would you ask the guy who's wearing "axe" deoderant like in the commercials? haha! I personally was very fond of the "bod" commercials myself.

Supermarket Romance.

Strutting your stuff works.  But we're not sure about this dress crocheted from grocery store bags.

Snakes are wild animals, and they act by instinct.  They feel no affection or loyaty;  that is beyond their capacity, to spite what humans think they percieve.  They are unpredictable, especially with a predator.

It a cute picture, but very irresponsible of the caregiver to do.

The owner of the snake advised me that the snake has had his fangs removed.  LOL

Dunno.  Maybe it was just a teeny weeny blue bunny baby fart?

Anyway, back on topic.

Don't turn down any invitations, even if it might not be your thing, or looks kind of boring at the outset.

You may be surprised!

Best Advice yet.... I also am going this route... planning a trip next summer to somewhere not sure where yet lol... I might just think of places I've always wanted to go throw them in a hat and pick one...... a few places that come to mind.... Butchart Gardens in canada, yellowstone park, wisconsin Dells.......I have never flew on a airplane.....not only is getting involved in activities a good way to make new friends but it keeps you busy and you reconnect with who you are.... I went out with a  girlfriend the other night line dancing and had the most fun I've had in a really long time..... BOTTOM LINE :   you really don't need a guy to have fun or to find happiness.....yes it's a big change from your previous life of being who you was but as my granny used to say there is always a reason why things happen the way they do... I'm getting active in charities something I've always wanted  to  do but never did  for the sake of listening to nagging......Live your life for who you want to be and what you want to do... I personally am embracing it and the freedom of living a non- dictated life....My ex was very controlling and abusive  though so maybe that's why my opion is what it is...feel free to pm me if you need to vent good luck!

A guy who pops up out of nowhere in the grocery store to ask for your phone number is a maroon.

If a guy leads by asking me my phone number right off the bat, he's out of the picture.   Your admirer probably figured he had a head start because he's your neighbor and figured you'd seen him washing his car enough times. lol

I was married 20 years (first and only time) and single 8 years.  When you figure out how to start dating again, please let me know.  LOL

J/K.  I could write a book on the bad dates I've had.

Good luck to you.

Well that is from marrying at the age of 1 if you were a couple years older you would have known better.
