Posted over 1 year ago Hello all! I am a college student taking a Corrections class. I have a project that I need a little help with. Would any of you who are or have worked as a CO / PO be interested in answering a few questions for me for the project? I can email them to you and you can just email the answers back to me. My issue is that I am an online student and am away from the college where I am taking thsi course (Johnson County Community College) in Overland Park, Kansas - I am in Connecticut right now. I really am running out of time for this...and would absolutely appreciate any help that I can din through this forum. | Posted over 1 year ago You probably won't get many responses here, to be honest with ya. Best thing to do is contact one of your local agencies, and do a face to face interview with a Corrections Officer there. In GOD We Trust (All others get searched, then checked through NCIC) MODERATOR #10

| Posted over 1 year ago Thank you for your reply posts. I did find a corrections officer from my local area (back home) who is willing to do a telephone interview with me for this project. I really wasn't trying to be lazy...I am just living in a hotel room in Connecticut while my husband works here doing restoration work from a pretty bad snowstorm...my resources are quite limited while I am here, so I was exploring all the options that I could think of to make sure I could get this done. This is one of my classes that I really do enjoy and plan to take more CJ classes as electives...you never know where it could lead to! Again, thank you and Best Wishes! -Renee |
