Of course the Mayan calendar was wrong about today being the end of the world, however, it did do a pretty good job at predicting the end of Hostess Twinkies, lol.

lol as scorpiokiss commented, the Mayans predicted the end of Hostess in 2012.  That's a major bummer :-(

Well, well, well.

I can tell you with a 100% certainty that this kind of stuff will always be inaccurate, bogus and will not happen. Predicted declarations of the earth ending on such a such a date will never ever happen. Ever.

But it's entertaining to watch those who buy into this stuff dash around in preparation for the end. Yes, the end will come someday but no one will ever know the time and date. Never.

Glad you asked ,Romans.I saw on a documentary t.v. program last night that a new Mayan document had been found that the earth doesn't end till  approx. seven thousand years from now.Guess we can began wrapping next years Christmas gifts.I'm beginning to question the good judgement of the Mayans,either that or the nut job who keeps making up these prophicies.
