| Posted over 1 year ago No Sgt. Joe is a retired Sgt. on the Island of Malta in Europe. He is a major collector of all types of Police articals, uniforms equipment and patches. Go to the network section on your tool bar, Far right in gray bar. Hit on that, search for friends . Type in Joseph Borda. That will bring up his profile. You can connect to him there.
