Posted almost 2 years ago Negative. Violence only perpetuates more violence. Plus be aware that by posting such comments as that, you have made it "pre-meditated" and could only harm you even more in the event that you chose to exact "vigilante justice."

Posted almost 2 years ago Take the report, look for obvious signs of injury, advise subject to go the Magistrate's Office to swear out a warrant on her own on the perpetrator for assault on a female (in North Carolina assault on a female is a stronger charge then simple assault). That way the officer or Deputy is doing his/her job by documenting the action (report) while allowing the subject or victim to have to show probable cause to a judicial offical in order to obtain a warrant thereby saving the officer or Deputy the possble embarrassment because in this Deputy's experience, in 6 out of 10 incidents (maybe more) where "called by your child mother saying that a guy u spoke to b4 about his action, just put his hands on her and now she crying to u saying that he pushed her and started calling her names in front of people all because he's mad at his own child mother???" are frivilous actions by the female to get someone in trouble. Remember a cellular phone call or a report taken in someone's living room is not always enough cause (even with injuries) that someone did something that someone else says they did. You can't cure stupid.

Posted almost 2 years ago I think the O/P has this site confused with some other site and believes that we are here to give him permission to go and commit a crime. Sorry........ It just isn't going to happen here. The above advise is the correct advise.......... CALL THE POLICE AND LET THEM HANDLE IT. LIKEWISE, THE MOTHER OF YOUR CHILD SHOULD ALSO CALL THE POLICE IF SHE IS IN FACT THE VICTIM OF A CRIME.

Posted almost 2 years ago I agree, I think someone has this site confused with another. From what I could understand, of his statements, I would say 'Call the Police", that's what they're there for.

Posted almost 2 years ago ajsdaddyCCSO has given you the best advice you can get. It is also up to the female that this happened to to press any charges or make the complaint. Unless that is done this way, he will get away with it and should anything happen to his sorry a$$ YOU will be the one who ends up in serious trouble with the law. I hate that it is this way but it is, period.
