The North Charleston Police Department K-9 Unit is hosting a training seminar from October 23, 2011 through October 28, 2011.  Officers from the Royal Dutch Police (KNPV Decoys and  Instructors) as well as several others will be on hand to train topics to include (Apprehension Work, Building Clearing, Tracking, Tactical Deployment, Narcotic/Explosive Scent Discrimination, and Tactical Shooting).  This is a hands-on five day seminar for officers and their K-9's.  Additional information as well as a PDF brochure can be located at the South Carolina Police K-9 Association web page (scpk9a).
