Posted almost 2 years ago I think that denying his military commanders flexibility to determine the pace and scope of withdrawal based on conditions on the ground, the President also risks upending the major achievement of eliminating Osama bin Laden across the border in Pakistan. |

| Posted over 1 year ago The last senate arms committee meeting on Thursday indicated a gradual draw down to turn things over to the Iraqis and the Afghans, but there will never be a total draw down, we will still have influence. They indicated turning things over, but still keeping them trained and supported. As long as Iran is supporting terrorism in the region we will have a signature in the sand. We are welcoming those nations that support the fight against terror to take the fight tot he terror organizations. |
