The last senate arms committee meeting on Thursday indicated a gradual draw down to turn things over to the Iraqis and the Afghans, but there will never be a total draw down, we will still have influence.  They indicated turning things over,  but still keeping them trained and supported.  As long as Iran is supporting terrorism in the region we will have a signature in the sand.  We are welcoming those nations that support the fight against terror to take the fight tot he terror organizations.
