| Posted almost 2 years ago I say that any vehicle that occupies any space on a federal/state/local or private highway to include PVAs is a viable target for a gungho-officer. If you don't want to be stopped, avoid using the highway......
As far as PC goes, I like HP's and ACERS.... HEHEHEHEHE...... Sorry I just had too.
In all honesty, with the courts and the lawyers and public opinion being like it is today, I will keep what my determining factors are for determining what vehicles should be stopped and searched. I will say that after determining a potentinal suspect or suspect vehicle, if you follow them long enough and survel them intensively they eventually will violate a law or ordiance which will give you the PC needed to make a justified stop....... GOOD HUNTING.... It is what it is.............and.........these things too shall pass. |

| Posted almost 2 years ago the answer is contained in the basics to criminal interdiction.
1. A valid stop (know your vehicle laws) 2. Know the indicators 3. Ask questions until you have no more. Beyond fatigue lies compensatory hypertrophy |
