While it only lasted about a week, I noticed there for a short amount of time that the C.D.C. (Centers for Disease Control) was advising to be prepared for the possibility of an apocalypse.  INCLUDING ZOMBIES!!! 

Now don't get me wrong, this is awesome.  However, while the idea of the dead actually rising from the ground and walking the Earth is great and would be a blast, I think we can all be realistic and say it' not very practical.  Now a disease infecting humans causing them to become pshycotic cannibals?  Totally possible!

So I ask a couple questions here.

1) Is the C.D.C being legit in their warning of a zombie apocalypse or are they simply jumping onto the bandwagon that is zomies?

2) If this is a legit warning of a zombie apocalypse, which do you honestly believe is more practical; the walking dead or super disease infecting humans?

The CDC posted the information as a creative way to make people aware of preparedness for more realistic outbreaks.  It was a marketing ploy used to get families to create safety plans and survival kits if there were a mass casualty or outbreak of a serious illness. 



With the cynicism out of the way, could you imagine working the streets when all breaks loose and humans begin running around in full rage, tearing each other apart?  "Head shot"

I could imagine.....and I imagine it being awesome!  No more probable cause or anything of the sort.  If you're bleeding from the face and dragging a foot, game over. lol
