That I have never done. Didn't enjoy doing it in 3 feet of water and pouring rain. Hats off to you sir. "Law enforcement officers are never 'off duty.' | Posted about 2 years ago I am a Vet.Air Force. He has the right to burn our flag, BUT I would have to help him do it properaly. Step 1. TIE FLAG AROUND THE PROTERESTORS NECK Step2. POUR A COUPIOUS AMOUNT OF GASOLINE OVER SAID PROTESTORS HEAD. Step 3. ASK HIM IF HE NEEDS HELP LIGHTING THE MATCH. Step 4. LIGHT IT FOR HIM ANYWAY. Step 5. ASK THE FIREMEN TO HOUNOR HIS WISHES TO BURN WITH OUR FLAG. 'NOUGH SAID. GOD BLESS THE USA, AND THOSE WHO DEFEND HER AND US. WILLIS CRAIG, JR. |

| Posted almost 2 years ago So much liberal bashing. You think standing up for freedom of speech, even when you disagree with it the most, would be patriotic. The funny thing is, according to §176(d)(j) of the United States Flag Code, wearing the flag as apparel or clothing is against the code. Yet i see a bunch of "patriots" violate this code with their us flag t shirts and pants. Funny how no one mentions this though... It's all the same, only the names have changed.- Bon Jovi |

You know what, we are human. We have had the liberal crap shoved down our throats for years. We have been called stupid, backwoods and treated like children who are having a tantrum by the liberals. They are allowed to insult us, our families and things that are important to us and when we say we don't like it, they tell us we don't understand. Wait till you get to college. Yes even in Tx the "institutes of higher learning" are full of professors who expect you to regurgitate their beliefs in papers instead of your own. Try to argue against one of their points and see what happens. Not just in class but also to your grade. Whether or not you mean it this way, you are coming off as sanctmonious. Do you come from a military family? I do. My dad landed on Omaha Beach on D-Day. He left a leg there. For what? That flag and what it stands for. I had 2 uncles in the Pacific. Again , that flag and what it stands for. Do I really need to list every war and police action that my family has left blood because of that flag and what it stands for? Talk to 36TR about HIS family. What about OUR rights? Oh, that's right, according to the liberals because we don't feel the way they do, we don't matter. Call it liberal bashing all you want. Come back and talk to me about this when you are dry behind the ears. PL's Dedicated Vetting Agent |

I would also like to address your post. I'm going to be as Nice as I can. First of all, you haven't got any right at all to come in here gunslinging. Don't talk to me about what you read. Don't talk to me about statutes. What right do I have? I am a Combat veteran. I have been awarded two (2) Purple Hearts for wounds received in Combat due to Hostile action. Are you questioning MY patriotism? I wish you, of someone like you, would say something to me about wearing a flag shirt/jacket/ etc. Also, on another note, you should change your avatar Picture. You're not an Officer with any Department, and you don't have a right to "wear" their patch on your profile. |

| Posted almost 2 years ago Cat, i understand that since you are older than me, you must be much more intelligent, and I understand my opinion must be wrong right? And i suppose I'm not as American as you because your family served their country more, sorry, my dad was in the navy, and he wasn't injured.
And BSL: Sure, and what would you say to a veteran burning the flag, if you came across that? Just wondering. Does fighting in a war give you and exemption status of being labled unpatriotic?
Anyways, i didn't even insult you people, the only people i unsulted were people who wore american flags as clothing and calimed to be patriots. So calm down, i didn't say any of y'all were unamerican. Jesus I come in here with my opinion and im being bashed already... It's all the same, only the names have changed.- Bon Jovi |

Yes. As a matter of fact it does give me an exemption status. Now, when you have served your country, or community in more than a "Would you like fries with that?" capacity, you will still not have earned the right to question me. Go play with your GI Joes, or whatever. |
