Posted about 2 years ago I'm currently attending Sanford-Brown College; for my Bachlors degree in Criminal Justice and I'm going to put my application in; at the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department for police officer, this October. Does anyone know if there's going to be a new academy class starting shortly after that? |

| Posted about 2 years ago Most departments have all their info online if they're starting a hiring phase soon, if not "call and axe" as uncledennis would say. "Law enforcement officers are never 'off duty.' They are dedicated public servants who are sworn to protect public safety at any time and place that the peace is threatened. They need all the help that they can get."
"My heroes are those who risk their lives every day to protect our world and make it a better place - police, firefighters and members of our armed forces."
