Not having ever seen a MPH Python 2 radar system (we use Kustoms here in Michigan) and working under the assumption that what you have "came" that way. . . .are you sure that if you do find the remote you're looking for it will work?  Also, that the MPH Python 2 has the ability to same direction and fastest target?  I ask because in the Kustom Eagle model line there were at least 3 that I had seen.  The Eagle had front and back antennas but did not have same direction OR fastest car.  The Double Eagle had same direction AND fastest car while moving and the Double Eagle II had all of the above PLUS one direction only while stationary (would not give speed of vehicle moving in the "other" direction.

If the MPH Python 2 will do what you want it to do with just the addition of the correct remote. . . .go for it.  It would seem a waste of time though if it would not even WITH the newer remote.
