I posted this in News Articles as well. I have been pushing my department for something similar ever since the FT. Hood shootings, but it keeps getting put on the bottom of the pile. Do your departments have an issued blowout(trauma) kit for each officer? I think it would be a great idea for departments to start looking at these kits/training for all the officers.
