Posted over 2 years ago The second chance prolee program: rules to join if so: 1. No max affenders, do the charges are your fault, for being in jail in the first place. 2. No miled long sheet of max or over 14 year limite affenices. 3. You as a prolee, if so, Have to ask your po, or no go. 4. No program ever='s a second chance, their are no second chances in my book. 5. Your rewarded, only on good behavior, if you don't behave, back jail you go, Inmate looser. Soon to be:offficer D.
