I just got the S&W Bodyguard .380.  For the most part, I love it.  It is what you want in a conceal gun.  However, the trigger pull is extremely long and trigger reset is even longer.  Do any of you experienced armorers or firearms instructors (or anyone) know how I can shorten the trigger pull?

I have the ruger LCP which is bascially the same gun. The trigger pull/reset is very long on the ruger also. I talked to a gunsmith about it and he said because the parts are so small as it is, its hard for them to find new parts led alone work on them. Personally I like the long trigger pull because there is no safety on the ruger. Not sure if there is one on the Smith or not?

Ugh...Im on a three month waiting list here in Texas for the bodyguard....I went to buy the LCP but ended up going with the Bodyguard due to all of the postive comments...Trigger pull on both is going to feel like a life time in a bad situation, but I have not found any small gun without it...Im trying to be patient but I still have 2 months to go!!!
