My father and I are  both on probation. I live at home and he's at a THU. His P.O. forbids contact between the two of us.  woke up this morning to find my dad in the house with my mom.  His P.O arrives and asks us give a urine sample.. am I legally requirred to give a sample. Does his PO have a right to ask me for one. Can I be violated if I refused.

Yes. Oh and he is the one in trouble for being in the house. You should have called your PO the day this happend and talked to him/her. You have to understand, if you got into trouble with your dad, the PO's are trying to help you get on the straight and narrow so you can have a decent life. Probation is as easy or as hard as you want to make it. I have NO respect for a man that drags his child into that lifestyle. Now that I have answered your question.
