Posted over 2 years ago I recently applied for a position as a dentention deputy at a county jail. This is the first time I have applied for a position like this and I was wondering what types of questions they ask during the oral interviews so I can prepare myself accordingly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| Posted over 2 years ago Try searching it, but they will probably ask questions you don't expect. |

| Posted over 2 years ago Post an introducion here: http://policelink.monster.com/discussions/130-introductions/topics and the interview board wants to hear your responses. Do not try and pre-guess or pre-rehearse your answers, be your self. |

| Posted over 2 years ago There is no answer. The questions are generally standard but you have to answer them. There is no right or wrong in fact they will expect you to answer wrong but they want to gauge how much how much common sense you have. The above comments are soley those of the poster and in no way reflect the position of the Department of Corrections. |
