Posted almost 3 years ago I see in todays headlines that Iran is to fire up their first nuclear power plant next week.I propose that it is WAY past time that Israel and /or the U.S. welcome them into the nuclear age with a tactical nuclear strike. You can bet the character at 1600 Penn. Ave, isn't going to do it,he's WAY too busy destroying his own country. |

| Posted almost 3 years ago A Nuclear strike is not even necessary.... Just a "smart" Bunker-Buster will do... They don't need Nuclear Powerplants, per say... That's widely known and accepted. The so called "waste" materials generated by that "Plant" is what concerns everyone in the free world... I am certain some countries are following these developments closely... Not only Israel... |

| Posted almost 3 years ago Regardless of what you might think of the person that occupies the White House, we surly don't need a nuclear war. Unlike WWII, we are no longer the only country that has them. While an enemy may have a difficult time delivering a nuclear device on the U.S. it can surely reach many of our allies. Beyond fatigue lies compensatory hypertrophy |

Tell who...? No one planning to use it will give any hint to anyone other than those in a need-to-know basis... |

| Posted almost 3 years ago Don't need to tell anyone about it...I'm sure we aren't the only ones with bunker-busters who don't like our "buddy" in Iran. If anyone asks, just go "umm....they did it!" |

| Posted almost 3 years ago Don't have any way to confirm it,of course, but I understand that a C.I.A. White Paper report of a couple years ago suggested that a bunker buster/smart bomb, may NOT do the trick. This plus the fact that it would be just a rap on the knuckles to Iran itself, while a low yield tact.nuclear strike would serve as a warning to the entire MiD East region"Don't Tread On Us"I believe this would be more fitting. |

Yes, you have a way to confirm it: Physics. You don't need any security clearance(s)... A bunker buster will destroy the facilties without providing enougn Temp/Energy to create "Critical Mass". Hence, no nuclear detonation, and complete destruction of all high-tech equipment. Set back their "program" 10 years or so... When they are done rebuilding... Well. There will be some fall out in the form of a "derty bomb" where some nuclear pollution will spread, but no nuclear explosion... |

| Posted almost 3 years ago Russia has always played sides because they need to pacify their own ethnic Muslim citizens, the predominent Muslim Population of countries that are former satellite Soviet countries on their borders, and monies derived from arms sales to these countries. Thats why they are still helping Iran go forward, aside from making the U.S. mad and still playing the superpower role itself. The U.S. will not do what needs to be done. It will eventually be left to Israel, AGAIN. Just like 1982 in Iraq. What worries me is the disintegration of Pakistan because the Bush Administration refused to back a stable Musharef regime and wanted democracy. Now its chaos and a nuclear arsenal may fall into the hands of the Taliban, Hamas, or some other militant regime. ""Life is a storm.. You will bask in the sunlight one moment, be shattered on the rocks the next. What makes you a man is what you do when that storm comes"

| Posted almost 3 years ago wheather Israel or the U.S. strikes this facility it had better be done soon.I sincerely doubt that Russia could afford to do anything about it from a military and/or political standpoint. In a fashion, this is somewhat similar to the immigration problem. Our vaunted federal government has let both problems grow beyond belief and has NEVER taken any positivge action to prevent either problem. |
