Posted almost 3 years ago I am majoring in Criminal Justice and I am hoping to start a career in Probation and Parole. My question is... When interviewing for a P&P..is it a panel of interviewers? And if so, who makes up the panel? |

| Posted almost 3 years ago I'm in probation and my initial interview was with the CMO (Chief Managing Officer) of the probation dept. My 2nd interview was with both the CMO and the Chief Judge of our judicial circuit (which was much scarier. lol.). Hope this helps & good luck! |
