Posted about 3 years ago I am currently a municipal officer and am really looking into getting a job with a railroad in the st. louis or general missouri area. Does anyone have any suggestions. I am also a certified as a firefighter and hazmat ops. Any help would be great. I can never find anything on the railroad websites. |

| Posted almost 3 years ago You might check with Burlington Northern Santa Fe in the KC KS area, as they and Union Pacific were recently looking to bring on an officer. Not sure if either have any ties to Missouri, except the KC area, but BNSF was looking to bring on an officer in the Kansas City area not long ago. I was advised they open it up within first, then if no takers they open it up to the public. Your Hazwoper skills will be a plus within the RR arena. Good Luck! |
