I have been tasked with creating (or attempting to create) a fitness standard for our existing handlers and upcoming handlers.  I am looking for other agencies that already have a fitness standard in place and how they went about implementing it into their department.  I believe that for liablity reasons a standard should be in place but I am at ground zero with this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
