maxed out at my job with salary and no dept promotions available, so for that and other reasons I'm looking for a career change.

want to get into armed Security, Personal Protection work, or someting along those lines , para-LE.

currently working P/T on weekends with contract unarmed Security co, to get my foot into the field.

What type of training should I take that will make me more marketable and bring the highest wages? thanks.
