For your persual...

One sunny day in January, 2013, an old man approached the White House from across Pennsylvania Avenue, where he'd been sitting on a park bench. He spoke to the U.S. Marine standing guard and said, "I would like to go in and meet with President Obama."

The Marine looked at the man and said, "Sir, Mr. Obama is no longer president and no longer resides here."

The old man politely smiled and said, "Okay." and walked away.

The following day, the same man approached the White House and said to the same Marine, "I would like to go in and meet with President Obama."

The Marine again told the man, "Sir, as I said yesterday, Mr. Obama is no longer President and no longer resides here."

The man politely smiled, thanked him and, again, just walked away.

The third day, the same man approached the White House and spoke to the very same U.S. Marine saying, "I would like to go in and meet with President Obama."

The Marine, understandably annoyed at this point, looked at the man and said, "Sir, this is the third day in a row you have been here asking to speak to Mr. Obama. I've told you already that Mr. Obama is no longer the President and no longer resides here. Don't you understand?"

The old man looked at the Marine and said, "Oh, I understand. I just love hearing it."

The Marine snapped to attention, saluted, and said, "See you tomorrow, Sir."

whats worth thinking about, he is prime for being a one term President...but ONLY if the republicans can present the American public with one better alternative. There is no star in the Republican party...none. Personally, I think the Republicans should go all out in courting either General Petraeus or Governor Bobby Jindal.....both highly impressive conservatives. One is a legitimate war hero and one of the finest military officers this nation has produced, the other is a legitimate conservative who actually seems to care about cleaning up corruption in his state.

The Unknown author is certainly right… No questions the President is going to be a One Term President.
From a strict critical viewpoint, it is a shame, because as historical as his election to Office was, President Obama had a shot at becoming a President who’s legacy could have pass on to become a legend... If he had only listened to the American people… If he had only… And ONLY assumed a middle, centerline political position instead of leaning far, and far to the uncompromising Liberal Left Wing…
I strongly believe that even after his association with the “God damn America’s ‘Reverend”” Obama had a chance to distance himself far enough from them all, including the Chicago Liberals, to acquire a more moderate main position to earn the approval of Americans from all backgrounds, because… Please remember that he couldn’t have gotten elected without the overwhelming approval of White Americans… This wasn’t a “Black” or “Hispanic” or anything else election… He won fair and square… Which means that the majority of Americans were willing to give him a chance…
To say that he inherited a mayhem is all but irrelevant at this point. He is well into his term, he spend BILLIONS to bail out GM, Bank of America, Citigroup, Chrysler, Monster Insurance Companies and… Americans are still loosing their homes to foreclosure. The BIG banks pocketed the money and refused to lend fast and easy enough to help the Housing Market.
Meanwhile, Wall Street corruption keeps on raising and speculators keep defaulting and stealing the hard earned savings of law abiding Americans… With the blessing of a Congress that’s out control under the unmatched leadership of Nancy Pelosi…
The funny thing is that… Believe or not, he still have a chance…! If… And only IF… He changes direction…
His campaign was based on “Change” (Perhaps under the advise of the Clinton’s…? –Rewind the tape, please-) But the President doesn’t seem to realize that the direction is wrong… His advisors don’t seem to realize it neither… It’s time for CHANGE…
If… And only if… The President could talk to an average American… Someone who is loosing his job… Or, Someone who couldn’t effort the Mortgage anymore and is facing foreclosure…Or, Someone who’s a Law Officer dealing with the everyday problems of average Americans, including evicting them from their homes because all the money that went to this MONSTER institutions never reached them, and ended in the pockets of all those BIG Wall Street Executives that pay themselves a 5 millions Bonus at the end of the year…
If… And only if… I could talk to the President… But:
No, I don’t think that he would be willing to hear any advise from an Auxiliary… Huh…?
