How can a police officer that has P.T.S.D. and depression and still under treatment be denined his retirement when his doctors come to the penision board meeting and they are ignored...Don't work for the City of Hannibal, Missouri. I did for ninteen years and was screwed.

But they will let the fire chief be on leave for thirteen months so he can retire with his twenty years.....
