Posted about 3 years ago So, I'm sure anyone who has been around knows that probably half the people on TANF, Medicaid, and Food Stamps have or are doing drugs. Makes you wonder if they did drug tests on these applicants just how much the government would actaully save. I'm sure the dopers would just find other ways of defeiting the system, but it's just a thought. |

| Posted about 3 years ago You are very correct. As part of my job entails dealing with drug tests, I know a lot of the tricks that everyone, including soldiers, attempt to do to avoid detection... |

| Posted about 3 years ago I'm sure, but it makes sense to me to test those using goverment services... Wonder why they don't do it now. Even the people that use MHMR and Texas Workforce... they should make it mandatory for them. Here, Tx Workforce gives you a card to sign in... How do they really know that is who is there doing the work... Or the people on meds from MHMR and they do drugs as well, and they wonder why they think they need medication because of a so called disorder... |

| Posted about 3 years ago I couldn't agree more. But I can hear it now, "ats pro-file-n! Ain't it?" And the ACLU would say, "what?", drug testing when people need help, you have got to be kidding? |
