Posted over 3 years ago Did you know that the United Nations is trying to pass an International Treaty that would supercede our Constitution, and our right to own and bear arms??? Check it out. I added a video in the video area, that you can also find on You Tube... Check it out and write to ALL of your senators, Congressmen & women and governors, to let them know how you feel about this!!! |

| Posted over 3 years ago I see this as possibly the biggest threat to our 2nd Amendment rights. If they get a treaty ratified here, it would bypass the regular checks and balances within our government. NOT good. They've been trying to do this since something like 2002-2004, but the latest ambassador seems on board with a treaty. Truly scary.... |

| Posted over 3 years ago And to think that when I made my statements about the President signing the Amendment to the Interpol ability to ARREST , SEIZE , AND NOT REPORT OR BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO THE CONSTITUTION , it was met with "interpol has no Police or Police Authority". Well yes it does in out own ranks we have "INTERPOL OFFICERS" that are Local , State , and Federal and those exceptions that lead to a Form of Martial Law can be utilized with the Amendment that was signed in early January. | Posted over 3 years ago Your statement about INTERPOL never having directed U.S.Police is correct ( BECAUSE THEY WERE NEVER GIVEN THE POWER TO DO SO UNTIL OBAMA SIGNED THE E.O. INTO EFFECT, "NOW THEY CAN"). The Freedom of Information Act is in fact an American Safeguard against a "Tyrannical Government run Amok". Now with the "Diplomatic Immunity" the American Officers that are attached to INTERPOL have , they may direct "ANY AMERICAN POLICE AGENCY" to do there bidding without any "OVERSITE BY THE CONGRESS" , while here in the United States. ( They can do what ever they want , arrest who ever they want , for what ever reason they want , without any warrants , without any probable cause , hold and detain for what ever time or reason without any "OVERSITE" , AND "total diplomatic immunity". "OBAMA FISCALLY BOWED DOWN TO A FOREIGN HEAD OF STATE" ,THAT WAS SO EVIDENT THAT "HELLEN KELLER" COULD SEE IT. The spin masters have been doing there best but the fact remains that he "Bowed Down" making him a "FAILURE TO THE DIGNIFICATION OF OFFICE TO THE PRESIDENCY OF THE UNITED STATES". The "APOLOGY" tour he took begging forgiveness from the Foreign Powers for American Super Power Status is encouraging every "Two Bit" Third World Nation to take pot shots at us "BECAUSE WE ARE SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAKNESS AS A SUPER POWER". By the way the Obama Administration is "STILL BLAMING BUSH FOR EVERYTHING" and all because of some "emasculated leadership now in power". Liberalism is a disease and flourishing in Washington these days and there is no discernible difference between Liberalism and Socialism. Both make the people "TOTALLY DEPENDANT" on Government period.. Glory earned on the field of battle , can never be taken away , you take it with you to the grave. | Posted over 3 years ago As we say in Hotlanta... "Oh no they don't!" LOL But seriously, this better not happen. I have a pistol and two rifles I use for protection. As a human being, I should have every right to protect myself. I"m sick to death to read this article. I pray this doesn't happen. |

| Posted over 3 years ago Didn't Americans engage in war in the year of 1775 to liberate themselves from such authorities? Yep ... the American Revolutionary War! And now it seems we're starting to fall under the same rule by similar authorities? This time, it's gun control ... then what next? I'm sure at least one of our leaders can see the potential "failure" with this. Then again, I guess history repeats itself at some point in time. Though your statement is half correct. Maybe you should read this: Interpol Under Siege by Uninformed Bloggers Mark Leon Goldberg - December 23, 2009 - 5:29 pm
Last week, the Obama Administration issued an executive order that extended certain diplomatic privileges to Interpol--the International Criminal Police Organization. This was a pretty innocuous bureaucratic move, but it has apparently sparked some serious concerns among a certain cadre of blogger. For example, you have Steve Shippert and Clyde Middleton of ThreatsWatch worrying that this "could conceivably include...Americans arrested on our soil by INTERPOL officers." And Andy McCarthy of National Review writes,
Both McCarthy and the ThreatsWatch duo's understanding of how Interpol works seems to be heavily shaped by fiction and film. In real life, Interpol is also not an "international police force." This would imply that Interpol is composed of units of officers that can chase criminals across the world, Jason Bourne style. In fact, there is no such thing as an "Interpol officer," as such. Rather, law enforcement officers from Interpol's member states are seconded to the organization from national law enforcement agencies, like the FBI, U.S. Marshals, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, ect. This is not just a semantic distinction. Officers seconded to Interpol do not have any sort of transnational executive arrest power. Rather, officers seconded to Interpol do things like coordinate busts of international child pornography rings. The people actually making the arrests, though, are members of the national law enforcement of the country where the crimes are committed. They are not "Interpol Officers" -- because there is no such thing as an "Interpol Officer." Further, "Interpol" can't arrest an American on American soil, a Canadian on Canadian soil or a Rwandan on a Rwandan soil. Only national law enforcement can do that. As to the specific reaon why the Obama administration would decide, last week, to extend to Interpol the same suite of diplomatic privileges that are typically accorded to international organizations? I don't have a good answer for that. My sense is that it probably has something to with the accessibility of Interpol's secure criminal databases (on things like stolen passports and the like). But that is a question that could pretty easily be answered by a phone call to the Justice Department. I can say with authority that stoking concerns about Interpol whisking Americans away is un-informed fear mongering. *For the record, I worked at Interpol's Headquarters in Lyon France in 2002.

| Posted over 3 years ago So fact check says Obama wants to look into banning imports and exports of weopons? It is unlikely that personal gun ownership could be outlawed in the U.S. in the way described in the thread. But, people should be wary of any gun laws proposed or any gun treaties proposed under this president or any other. He has a history of being anti-gun. I have heard speaches by BHO that state people don't have any reason to own guns. It's on the web. I will try to find it for reference if I have to. His voting record from what I have read and heard is also anti gun ownership. Regardless of what is fact or fiction, Americans should be on guard to protect the 2A because there are many out there that wish to disarm law abiding Americans by passing laws that really only hurt good people in order to gain or keep support of a misguided group or satisfiy a unrealistic expectation that could never stop criminals from harming others. |

| Posted over 3 years ago Yes, I didn't think this was a conspiracy at all. I am fighting for my rights to bear arms aka Second Amendment. I believe President Nobama doesn't want Americans to be able to bear arms. Anyways, I need to educate myself here so I won't be an ignorant American.

| Posted over 3 years ago I was at a while ago. I let my membership lapse when I got tired of being called every other week to get money out of me. I was going through a hard time in my life. The ex left me and I was broke. I literally had no money. That did not stop the calls. I explained I had no money I would if I could but I had NO $$. Their response, Sorry to hear that about a smalled donation then? Kind of soured me on the NRA. |
