DO YOU THINK THE LETHAL INJECTION IS CRUEL AND UNUSUAL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL?

Posted over 5 years ago I know what my opinion is about this, but curious about what law enforcement thinks. All I will say is, the victims did not have the rights the offender has and I can't believe this has actually become a topic in the courts. |

| Posted over 5 years ago A line for a TV show (forget what one)........ ""What we need to do is take them outside tell them we made a hugh mistake you are being released in the morning, just as the smiles appears on their face, you shoot them in the back of the head....... There is nothing cruel to that person and they died with a happy thought, and never saw it coming. That is the only way for it not to be cruel....""" I will remember the TV show sooner or later and will come back and post it.. For so long as one hundred men remain alive, we shall never under any conditions submit to the domination of the English. It is not for glory or riches or honours that we fight, but only for liberty, which no good man will consent to lose but with his life. | Posted over 5 years ago I totally agree with the death penalty. I do not agree with lethal injection as a method. I think anyone who has seen the nick Berg video having his head sawed off, not cut off or decaptitated, would be a preferred method, but thats just me. Second, what I know about electricity, it travels and not much energy is lost so what it costs to fry one, might as well do a hundred. Just my idea. Oh, and Bad_Lt, great idea for the bullet. Can recover it, melt it down, and use it again, saving even more money!!! LOL |

| Posted over 5 years ago I had an idea a few years back........ Public stonings..... but for profit, see you pay 10 buck to be there, then it is 5 dollars per rock....... Sounded good at the time.... For so long as one hundred men remain alive, we shall never under any conditions submit to the domination of the English. | Posted over 5 years ago Nope, nothing cruel and unusual about it at all. The only thing I have a problem with is that they use sterile equipment to do it. Honestly, what's the point? |

| Posted over 5 years ago I don't think that a person should have a right to appeal how they die, once convicted? The case on the hill right now, is a Kentucky case where the killer killed a Sheriff and his deputy 20 years ago. Why can't it be when you are sentenced to death they don't take you out side and put a bullet in your head. You die right then, and don't have to worry about feeling a little pain. 20 years is too long to wait to die! I love each day like its my last! Why do we are have to be so serious? |

| Posted over 5 years ago i think the punishment should fit the crime but mostly be up to the family. if you cut someones head off, then the survivors of the victim should determine how your head is cut off. as they use to say....an eye for an eye!! MODERATOR #7 |
