| Posted over 3 years ago You have been a PoliceLink member since 4-20-08 and this is your first post? No introduction in the Introduction thread, limited information on your Profile page and you come in here asking us to do your homework for you, and to hurry up while we are at it??????? That, in my humble opinion, is a lot of damn nerve. Good Luck in getting the responses that you are seeking. I, for one, like members who follow simple rules and protocol before jumping into the threads with requests for LEOs to do your homework. And as has already been noted, what's with the "Fellow Officers"? Your Profile states that you are a Student, not a LEO. That is a second strike against you (and only a single post so far). | Posted over 3 years ago Hey kid.. I really don't think you are going to get anyone giving you their information and stuff. I see that you have been a member for a short time. Why don't you go and post an introduction first before you proceed with asking any more questions. Also, what gives you the reason to call these officers "fellow Officers"? are you a student or an Officer? Let us know. "Ladies and Gentlemen, take my advice. | Posted over 3 years ago Well bates72, it looks like this thread isn;t going the way that you thought it would huh? Let me put it this way; There are two ways to go about doing things. Those 2 ways are 1) the RIGHT way and 2) the WRONG way. As you can tell, you did this the wrong way. When you have been a member for more than a year, and your first post is asking "fellow officer" to do your homework for you, that is a pretty huge mistake. Asking for help on an assignment is not a bad thing, and I'm sure people here would be willing to help, but first, you need to introduce yourself. Secondly, find some friends on here that you may have common ground with, as they will probably have friends on here that will be willing to help out that they can direct you to. Lastly, be an active member on the site. You don't need to spend all of your time here, but the more that you participate, the more you will learn. |
