Posted 16 days ago In lieu of the lawsuit filed by HK, ATI has been banned from importing the GSG-5 and must sell their remaining inventory by Jan 31, 2010. ATI is claiming the settlement as a 'win', but at this point I don't see how. You can read about it here: www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html In memorium of this fine weapon, I picked up yet another; the SD version. I added the retractable stock for the CDI factor.

Full details of the settlement have not been disclosed, but the GSG-5 is the flagship of their line. I don't see how keeping the profits from one year of production can give the company any type of financial cushion. Lip service being what it is...ATI is of course claiming to honor warranties and have parts 'readily' available after the line is discontinued.
