what injuries would prevent someone from becoming a LEO?

Posted 19 days ago I am wondering, if you had surgery before you apply to be a police officer what injuries would exempt you from applying? For example, I had an acl injury 2 yrs ago and I'm working at 100%, but I am wondering if I won't be allowed to apply. Please let me hear your opinion(s). Thnx! |

| Posted 19 days ago As long as you are fully recovered, can pass the pre-employment physical and meet the PT standards of the academy then you will be fine. Surgery is not an automatic DQ for LE employment. "If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking."
