HIM: NO ME: SIR, I'M SORRY, BUT THIS DOESN'T CONSTITUTE AS AN EMERGENCY, WOULD YOU LIKE THE NUMBER TO A LOCKSMITH. HIM: BUT IT IS AN EMERGENCY ME: OK, SIR, PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS IS AN EMERGENCY? HIM: BECAUSE I'M AT THE HOTEL AND CHECKOUT IS AT 11:00 (CALL WAS AT 10:59) ME: SIR, JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO CHECK OUT OF THE HOTEL AND HAVE LOCKED YOUR KEYS IN YOUR CAR, STILL DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AS AN EMERGENCY.
