ANDERSON — Jerry Maxwell Bailey Jr., 41, Anderson, passed away suddenly Oct. 20, 2009, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 1, 1968, in Florida, and lived in the Anderson area since 1991.
He was a sergeant for the Madison County Sheriff's Department for 14 years where he was a member of the Madison County Swat team and member of Cert Team.
Survivors include his wife of 21 years, Tina (Bias) Bailey of Anderson, whom he married in Crown Point, Indiana in 1988; his mother, Alta (Lane) Bailey of Texas; two daughters, Rachel Bailey and Laura Bailey, both of Anderson; two sisters, Shae Cunningham of Minnesota and Annette Bailey of Texas; and several nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Bailey.
