Posted about 1 month ago Hello to all.. I have 2 questions.. I signed up for the army reserve in June and I'm scheduled to leave in November. I was given a list of things to bring. On the list I was instructed to bring cash, but not to exceed $50. My question is during basic and A.I.T will I need more money for supplies or clothing while I'm away??
My second question is when in basic do they give you a drug test? is it while we are at the reception station? |

| Posted about 1 month ago If they say bring $50, bring $50, you can worry about anything else later. You will be drug tested at MEPS the day before you ship out, as well as shortly after arrival.
