I was given this list of Flu Cold remedies:  Vitamin D3, Quercetin, Zinc, Grapefruit seed extract, Oregono oil, Echinacea, Sodium Bicarbonate, Vitamin C, Vinegar, Saurkraut juice?, Garlic.

I cannot stress this enough, please do your own research.

I prefer the 2 hats treatment for a cold.


Hang a hat on your bedpost, drink hot buttered run until you see 2 hats, then go to bed.
