Please share your thoughts on Chaplains in Law Enforcement. Do you think there is a need for Chaplains in the various departments? Do you think exconvicts who become Pastors and Religious Leaders with a demonstrated change should be allowed to become non wepon carrying volunteer Law Enforcement Chaplains supporting LEO's?
