O.K. Just to update what I have/ don't have: I now have 3 Minturn PD, CO;  and one of the following:

Metropolitan Toronto, Saint John Police Force (Canada), US Postal Police, Dept. of Defense, Rocky Flats Federal, Rockwell Federal, MT. Pulaski IL, Pennsylvania State Police.
