I would contact the local Red Cross Center. They usually have that kind of info readily available for anyone who ask. Might wanna try there.....hope that helps.

I think the question was something like this....the person is doing a report for school on disaster preparedness and what does it take to fill up Soldier Field and how many agencies would need to be involved....thats how I interpreted it. Correct me if I'm wrong....

If any officer gives this kind of info in an open forum, he needs to be flogged. General information is enough, don't help the bad guys, things are bad enough already.

So, pals, lets pretend that my name is really Jack the towel head. So I ask a bunch of cops how they are going to respond to soldier field because the bears actually won a game and the fans are nuts. Next thing I read is a response thread because "man, I know all about this sh$t , woohoo lookatme" and I add that to my response when I use my IED to affect the most people possible. This is how info gets leaked that can be used against us. I am not saying to stop threading. Just be judicious in the info you give, thats all. Not paranoid, prepared.

Jack....read the original post on this topic. Its a school project, someone is trying to do their homework for school simple as that. As for my leaking any top secret information on the Red Cross, well maybe you had better call the Justice Department on me. I'm sorry if public information is public.....but thats the way it is here. If I wanted to call the Department of Motor Vehicles and ask for YOUR drivers license records....guess what, they would be more then willing to just hand them right over to me. Why...because its public information. If you wanted to go after someone for leaking THAT info, I would suggest by starting with the politicians who are running this country into the dirt.
Nothing burns me more, just like I am sure it does you...then to have info about ones self readily avaliable for the public to access.
So, if the REAL Jack The Arab Towelhead wanted to get any information on things, all he has to do is remove the towel from his head so his melon can breath and infect us with lice and whatever sand flea living in his head, look like the average joe walking around our beautiful country and just simply ask very politely for whatever info he needed to detonate his IED near a nuclear power plant.

For everyone else...

I've been sitting back for the last few days watching everyone go at it with each other. AS a non LEO but a CJ student who is trying to learn something is getting very frustrated. I’ve got to the point that I don’t say much as it seems the POST turn to shit. However I do not expect them to be answered. What I do expect is a little respect to those who are trying to learn something. I have also noticed there are some questions that should not even be asked or answered for that fact and are being asked and answered in an open form. I have found that if I have a question that is along the lines that should not be on an open form I use common sense and ask myself how I would feel if EVERYONE knew about it. So instead I ask someone who trust me enough to answer it through a pm. Something’s are not meant to be this way. But I am with Jack on this one we have enough drama in this country and we really should watch what is leaked and be careful of the enemies or those that will mess with your head until you can not think straight... Again use common sense and it should not be a problem....

sorry if I sounded off on this topic, not trying to offend anyone, was just trying to state that public information sucks. I DO agree with Jack and Chaplain with regards to safety and security.
As for that incident with the package, oh you had probablly better believe it was a test run. I dont know if anyone has seen the video that Al Quiada made a video of a test run. I dont remember the city it was in...Buenas Aries or somewhere like that. The video quality wasnt that good but what they did in the video was place a few "devices" throughout a bus station outside. One I think was at a bike rack, one was at a actual bus stop and another was just sitting in plain view. All the "devices" were in plain view to the terrorist and they video taped all of it. Including the guy who looked closely at the backpack device at the bike rack.
This was about a year or two ago and like I said, the video was poor quality but quality enough you could see everything. Sound quality wasnt good.
I know some of you have seen this video and know what it is I am talking about. It was a dry run for them and fortunately, I think they were caught a short time after the video was shot and thats how the video was found. Again, I'm for safety and security, but I dont think I gave out any "leaking" info on an open forum.
As for Chicago and Soldier Field its self, I just hope and pray it never comes to that. We dont need another 9/11.
