Ok, I have recently become interested in collecting patches as I just bought a house and have basically an entire room designated to my gear, certificates, police license, etc...all law enforcement (hey its easy when you live by yourself to do these things). I have hardly any patches this point beyond my own from my pd. The problem is I am going through a divorce in which, honestly, I am losing almost all of my money just to try and get bills paid that my name is still on so my credit doesn't get sucked down. My ex has not really worked in the last three months and until it is finalized I am stuck paying everything. I am hoping that maybe I could ask people to send me their own patch from work with a little bio with name, rank and a little story of who you are. I don't just want a bunch of patches laying around, I would like to put them up and have a story and a name behind that patch! It would mean so much to me if you guys could help me out...even duplicates from the same department with some different stories would be awesome! I would especially like some from fellow female officers. I am the only female in my county so I love to see other women out there when I never get to work with other females!
