Posted almost 4 years ago What is your favorite bible verse(s)? Now we ask you, brothers, to respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other. And we urge you, brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. (1 Thessalonians 5:1-18) |

I still read it, though can't say I have a favorite verse, depends on my mood, and whats going on in my life. However I do have Romans 13:4 as my sig, I think it's pretty rocking for a Christian LEO (well, im just a wannabe for now, but whatever.) For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. |

| Posted almost 4 years ago That is a great chapter my brother I love the follow up ... Rom 13:8Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. Rom 13:9For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Rom 13:10Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. |
