| Posted 5 months ago We have a gas station that is open. But I won't eat their junk LOL. I just pack plenty of good stuff in my lunch box. Experience is something you gain just after you've needed it..

Lol. It'll b my luck that if I become a VSP trooper, I'll be some place in the middle of nowhere.... Anyone a VA trooper, do you get to pick where you go, or are you just put where your needed? |

| Posted 4 months ago Thats the one thing I don't like about the VSP. I don't really want to go to northern VA, or western VA. I would rather stay around here. That is why my friend is trying to talk me out of becoming a VA trooper and going with the Henrico PD. but with what I want to do, the VSP has the better program. (When I pass my two years of doing patrol I am going to apply as a Criminal Profiler. Thats why if I don't make it as a trooper I will be applying for the FBI as a profiler.) I HATE it when people say "oh I wanna do SWAT.". It ain't that easy people, with the VSP you have to be a patrolling trooper for at least two years before you can even apply for another position. Just because you apply for another position, that doesn't mean you'll get it either. I know a guy who has been going for motorcycle for a long time now. |

She doesn't even like the idea of me becoming a trooper. If I get the profilling job she'll finnally get to relax a little because I'll be a little safer. She still sees me as her baby but hey she's mom. |
