in Crestview, Florida is sending care packages to our troops stationed in Afgahistan, Iraq and other foreign countries. They are taking up a collection to help fill these packages to boost troop morale and show our appreciation for their sacrifices for OUR freedom. If you can find it in your heart to help, there is a collection box at Post 75, American Legion in Crestview. Please remember all items need to be non-perishable. Here is a suggestion list of items the troops really need:

Toothaste

Shampoo

Conditioner

Brushes

Combs

Snacks (sealed oreos, hostess snacks, dried fruit)

Candy

Magazines

Personal letters & cards of thanks

Baby wipes and more baby wipes

Deodorant

Toothbrushes

Powdered drinks like Gatorade

Hot sauce

Silly string…. Used for clearing booby traps (SERIUOSLY)

Body wash

More snacks!!!! Make em smile J

Hand held games( $5.00 at walmart)

Decks of cards
