Posted almost 4 years ago I don't like some of the moves from the DVD that came with my kettleball. I can't seem to follow along with the video instructor, but I still plan on using my ball. It definitely provides a great work out.

Posted almost 4 years ago I recommend you to look up Steve Maxwell, Steve Cotter and dragondoor.com, also kettlebellInc.com Start with the basics first, by attaining a kettlebell class so you can get the fundamentals. Then work off the DVD. Once you start with kettelbell work out you will love the results. Take your time, use proper technique, and have fun.

Posted almost 4 years ago The great thing about kettlebells is that they work your entire body and can be as basic or dynamic as you want them to be. I started off with the artofstrength.com videos Providence, Newport and Firepower (geared towards first responders).

Posted almost 4 years ago Kettlebells are the Dalia Llama for strength building! I have been using them for a few weeks now, and I can attest that it is a SUPER EFFICIENT workout. Besides, it is also virtually cop-proof (Mongo like kettlebells!) "Sic Vis Pacem, Para Bellum!"

Posted over 3 years ago When your arms get sore, switch to a medicine ball of the same weight for a day and then jump back into the kettle bell. My fav are the turkish get ups or the kickbacks with them. check out www.indianapit.com for contact info on an awesome instructor. Terry Gruel is the best!

Kickbacks are probably the exersize I hate the most. That's why I make sure to do it the most often. Painfull, but I love em and hate em. |
