Posted almost 4 years ago I was asking if any one had any ideas on making safe boat stops. I was raised on the water in south new orleans, I know how to drive a boat but making a safe traffic stop can be hard if you come up on a bunch of magets...

Posted almost 4 years ago I think you mean maggots. Anyway you need to know your statues. Do you have a failure to yeild to an emergency vehicle that applies to boats, failure to comply, obstruction of justice or such statues that apply to boats. You need to know if the other boaters are ignoring you or what ever, if you can take them to jail, it's amazing how the threat of a trip to jail improves cooperation, just be sure that you can back up the threat. If you do take a few people to jail, work generally gets around and that improves cooperation also.

Posted almost 4 years ago Are you asking about when a stop hits the fan? Like possible gun fire? or a fight?
