Let's put what we're talking about out there. Oath Keepers: Orders We Will Not Obey

1. We will NOT obey any order to disarm the American people.

2. We will NOT obey any order to conduct warrantless searches of the American people, their homes, vehicles, papers, or effects — such as warrantless house-to house searches for weapons or persons.

3. We will NOT obey any order to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to trial by military tribunal.

4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state, or to enter with force into a state, without the express consent and invitation of that state’s legislature and governor.

5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty and declares the national government to be in violation of the compact by which that state entered the Union.

6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.

7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.

8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control” during any emergency, or under any other pretext. We will consider such use of foreign troops against our people to be an invasion and an act of war.

9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies, under any emergency pretext whatsoever.

10. We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

I certainly appreciate your posting the Oath Keeper's Commandments.  Thank you.

I have just returned from the field, and will shortly begin a discussion on this topic.

As a former federal investigator, I found rampant corruption within the Food & Drug Administration, and eventually filed charges with the Inspector General's office against some of the people responsible for obstruction of justice, and subversion of citizen's Constitutional rights.

I left and began my own investigative/regulatory service with several other disillusioned former agents...

So, the choices we make, in the end, are the one's we live with at the end of the day, when we look in the morror, and still like what we see.

This country was founded upon certain principles, and we need to get back to that. Further, and this includes the pinheads in the District of Corruption, that anyone who breaks his Oath should be subject to charges of Treason.

Thank you again, and stay Pro-Active !!!

Be safe to you all !!

In a letter to Montana Senator and Congressman, here is what has been mailed out, along with our Declaration of Independence for those in the District of Corruption who need the reminder. We started a movement to ensure all Senators and Congress Reps. , from every state received a copy of this...

________________________________________________________________________________

Re:   A Reminder from the American People…

Dear Senator       ,

This is a reminder from American Citizens of the Democratic Republic of the United States of America, that, We, the People, have chosen you to represent us in the U.S. Senate.

You have taken an Oath to defend the U.S. Constitution from all enemies, both foreign and domestic. We hold you to that Oath.

We, the People, are very concerned about the direction this country has taken, in which we have witnessed the usurpation of our freedoms and liberties over time. Freedoms and liberties that many brave men and women had given their lives to defend. We can longer stand by and watch the continued erosion of our Constitution, our freedom, nor our liberty, that is being perpetrated by the criminals within our government.

We, the People, hereby remind and notify you, and all of Congress, that failure to keep your Oath to defend the Constitution of the United States, would be considered an act of treason by the American public.

Sir, you are there to represent the best interests of the People, and our sovereign democratic republic, the United States of America. We further expect you to thwart the activities of the growing tyranny we now face.

Let this serve as a wake up call to all elected officials, that We, the People, expect nothing less than your honoring your Oath of Office, and your service to the people that have elected you to this honorable office.
Sincerely,

I will not obey immoral, illegal, or unconstitutional orders.  I will not compromise my integrety, honor, or beliefs to gain favor with any oppressive regime.  I will no t support this usurper who sits in the oval office, I will do all that is within the constitution to remove, and end his threats upon my country.

A-Men, Brother, I support your stand completely. This goof that is in office, got there, because of the so-called left-wing element  that has been getting stronger over the years in the U.S. Our Constitution has been made weaker by the input from those ACLU slimes, who got their origins from the French Socialists back in the 1870s; and we all know what happened to the French Constitution after those slimes over there in Paris got done with it. Now the ACLU slimes and our so-called social slimes want to do the same thing to our U. S. Constitution. We must wake up to this problem before it is too late.   -ceb   ...

I am an elected law enforcement officer, as such, I am not bound to allow any federal agency to work in my jurisdiction under the 10th amendment to the constitution.  I will defend the constitution as it is written.  I will not obey the order of any federal agency that is contrary to the way I read the constitution.  I am too old to start backing down on my convections now.

And here's hoping ALL elected law enforcement officials will hold to this standard as well.

Are all of you Officers Oath Keepers, I pray that you are. I'm here to tell you, I'm honored! If we can get everyone on board to honor their Oath like Sheriff Richard Mack has stated, and do just that, we could have our Constitutional Republic back tomorrow! www.sheriffmack.com       I have personally read 3 of his books, County Sheriff America's Last Hope, The Proper Role Of Law Enforcement and From My Cold Dead Fingers. All very educational and inspiring, the Gods honest truth, he tells it like it is. Oath Keepers is a rapidly growing organization, but I'm finding that more military seem to be interested in joining Oath Keepers than Law Enforcement. Now I may be wrong on this, and if I am I apologize.

I would personally like to see all of our Law Enforcement be willing to stand up and be proud to say I'm an Oath Keeper, and I'm not going to obey any unlawful order. I will stand true to my Oath to the Constitution and the Republic. When that happens, and we all pull together and unite, we can thank our Founding Fathers for laying the ground work to our survival and freedom. What's it going to take to get you all motivated to reach out to our brothers and sisters and be counted as an Oath Keeper in our organization. When are we going to make it grow to show the world we are still united in freedom and make America strong again. We're loosing ground daily, Washington D.C. is out of control and destroying our country. We need every one of you with us, the more of you that join, the more of the one's that are not sure how they're going to be looked upon by their Departments will follow. Why would anyone even question reaffirming their Oath. But it's happening, I'm an Oath Keeper and I have Officers that are afraid that they will have problems in their jobs, for honoring their Oath and being involved with the Oath Keeper organization.

We're not advocating violence, not allowing racism, but we do have to control the tin hats so to speak. We have a mission, to reach teach and inspire all Oath Takers to become Oath Keepers. Let's all work together to unite all of our brothers and sisters across America.

Work to put all Constitutionalists in office, City, County and State government. Work through our County Sheriff's and put the powers back in the hands of the people, and stop the controlled elections. It's time to stand up for our freedom, they think they are going to disarm the American people, listen to Sheriff Mack, that's not going to happen, not on my watch. If they were to accomplish disarming the American people, how long do you think it would be before they disarmed you? We all know what is happening, it's up to you and I to change it.

So get on board, join Oath Keepers and let's make this thing happen, We all need you, it's time to get back to our roots that our Forefathers laid out for us. The only way that we can accomplish this mission is together. United We Stand! Divided We Fall! Where are we?

Sheriff Richard Mack is leading the way, get on board!

If you haven't already, I invite you to visit and join Oath Keepers at www.OATHKEEPERS.org

Thank you for your service and sacrifices to our country!

We pay tribute and honor those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country!   Thank you all!

I guess on the surface it sounds good. I have looked into the Oath Keepers and have viewed multiple interviews with their founder. Like I said, I am not opposed to what is said on the surface. However, I have questions and I have not been able to get answers anywhere. It's like a survey that asked, if you would disarm an American if given the order. That is such a tough question when you really think about it. On one hand, I would not disarm a law abiding American, but a convicted felon? Yes I would, in a heartbeat. So maybe someone can enlighten me and just make sence of my questions. I know my questions can be considered one sided or leaning towards one side or the other, but these are the questions I must defend against in the event that I become an Oath Keeper. Thanks in advance.

1) What is the position of the Oath Keepers, in regards to a mandatory wait period in order to purchase a weapon?

2) If you disagree with any type of gun laws, do you believe that convicted American felons should have the right to carry weapons?

3) As LEO's that are "Oath Keepers", do you completely agree with no warrantless searches?

4) What is the justification to remind LEO's and Military what their Oaths are? Can you site any reason (other than Katrinia) why this reminder has become such an important topic?

5) Why do Oath Keepers make a point of saying that the Oath consist of only defending the constitution when in fact, unless you swore to the oath in the 1700's, it reads a little differently to include following the orders of the president?

6) Why did this movement come to life during the last presidential election, when the last president made laws like the "Patriot Act", that can be considered completely against the constitution. If it is important now, why was it not important then?

7) Why can the leader not answer the question when asked if this is a Tea Party movement? He always skirts around the question but never answers it Yes or No. And btw, I have no problem with the Tea Party, just wondering why he never says Yes or No.

8) In terms of free speech, why would a group like the Westboro Baptist Church, have the constitutional right to have signs and yell things like I am glad the brother in blue got killed, and that your brother is scum after he gave his life in the line of duty? Where do their constitution rights begin and my right to bury a friend in piece end? This question is in realtion to number 10.

I have so many more but I think if I can get answers to these few, it may open my eyes to something new. And please, do not just tell me that its not what the fore fathers intended because the constitution has been ammended time and time again. And even though the forefathers were brilliant, they were also slave owners, and I think we can agree that that is not right. However, I understand that that was the norm during those times but normal is not always right. Thanks again.

Certainly is a topic that should be addressed in a mature manner. Once folks dig in their heels and take extreme sides (both sides), there becomes less a chance of any "Ah ha" moments. I certainly have an open mind, and even though I bring over 25 years of Military Service and over 5 in Law Enforcement, I am always willing to listen to other views.

Let's put what we're talking about out there. Oath Keepers: Orders We Will Not Obey

8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control” during any emergency, or under any other pretext. We will consider such use of foreign troops against our people to be an invasion and an act of war.

I have had similar conservations with several LEOs from more than one agency in my area, all agree "Blue Helmets" will be considered target practice,
