Once I found the photos below in a police web site but I don´t remember which department was from. It´s the funeral of a K-9. This dog was killed when he was helping his K9 handler who was wounded.

Could anybody tell me the police web page where the history is?

  Thanks.

Rastry, I know you posted this 4 years ago and might not even get my responce to your post, K9 Aron was killed in the line of duty on May, 14, 1998 at approx 0915 hrs. He was shot and killed while tracking a bank robbery suspct that had just robbed Regions bank. This incident did occur in the city of Nashville Tn.I know without a doubt if it had not been forAron and him doing his job, I would not be here today, K9 Aron was my partner. When we encountered this POS suspect he was less than 10ft away from us, he focused more on the dog than he did me, he shot Aron 3 times, hit me in the foot and lower back, if it had not been for Aron going in to get him it would have made the suspect focus on me and my backup. When I saw this post and these pictures, I had to respond albeit 4 years later. Thanks for asking about K9 Aron.

And BENARON, my deepest condolences for the lost of your partner Aron. Although I live in Spain, and the things are very different than in USA, I touched with this incident. it was a funeral with all the honors.

Quite a story.....quite a dog.....quite a partner

Benaron, I'm sure your partner meant the world to you and I am truly sorry you had to go through this loss.  However, I am glad you survived and it's comforting to know Aron is in a better place......it's true.....they even made a movie.......all dogs go to heaven.

Thanks for the resurection of this old post, and again my condolences for your loss.
