Just wondering if anyone here works for this company?

They are based out of Baltimore, Md but have DHS contracts all over the country.

They have contracts all over the U.S. but mostly East Cost. Be glad you have not got the job. KPS has been rated as the worst contract to work for by all the large labor unions. As bad as some of the companies are that is out there, that is really saying something.

Contract Security is normally a pretty good gig, but if it is with them, run…run…run away.

I work for Knight now and I agree with what kak808 said.  They really like to screw the employees.

I finally left Knight Protective Services and the federal contract they held.

What a waste of a year.  Nothing but negativity from KPS management and FPS.

This company has a huge turnover rate. Why, because they treat their employees like crap.

NavyDavy, I must totally agree with you. I worked with this company here in cleveland and they are so full of it. And what is so sad is that the owner over look his employees without speaking or asking them do they have any concerns. The boss here in Cleveland is such a racist idiot!!!! I can just go on and on with the things he have done and not once have Mr. Sims looked into anything. How do you have a business and do not know what is truly going on in the business? This man (the boss not the owner) is about to be the cause of the owner getting sued for discrimination.

That is such a true statement about KPS, they do not know how to treat their employees!!! And the one big thing they do have is that they have such a big turn over rate!
