| Posted about 1 year ago Whats up CA The number one thing is diet, diet, and diet. Whole foods are the way to go. You must feed the machine. If you can consume 5 to 6 small meals a day, that’s the ticket. Now, if you are like me, and always on the go, I recommend supplements. I’ve used protein powdered drinks for 20 years. I’ve competed in 7 bodybuilding shows, never placing lower than third and taking first at my last one. My fiancée will be attempting her first in 08. She on the other hand can look at sweets and gain weight. She eats the following:
The reason it says or a protein drink is because she a PIO and is always getting called out, so the whey stays in the car in a container. For someone struggling with weight issues, HOW MANY CALORIES ARE YOU EATING? I bet, not enough. Have you ever tried a weight loss product and how did you use it? If you are interested in a particular weight loss product email me. Hope this helps |

| Posted about 1 year ago Invest in a whey protein powder. It will keep something in your stomach, ( you need more than cereal and a hotdog :) ) elevates your metabolism and stimulate your digestive system. Thereby kicking in the heat process that you where getting from the hydroxy. Hydroxy is a fine product, but just like the others, they all hit a wall and need to be on a cycle. This gives the body a break and makes the product work again the next time you use it. Put some powder in a shaker bottle and take it with you for later. When you're ready just add water and drink. |

| Posted about 1 year ago Well seeing how I am still a Registerd Nurse :) I can give you a really good tip on losing weight. Eat a bowl of cereal for dinner nothing else of course make it something that doesnt have alot of sugar. Try Wheaties, Special K something in that area. And dont eat anything after 7 pm. I lost 95 lbs in one year doing this. Good Luck. Oh and a bowl of cereal probably wont counteract with thyroid meds. Life isn't about how to survive the storm, but how to dance in the rain. |

I was taking Hydroxycut Hardcore also but it made me really dizzy and interfered with working out so I stopped taking it. Anyway I hope to go from a size 14 (what I am now) to a size 6 in 6 months, at least thats what my personal trainer said. But if you have any suggestions for me please let me know. |

| Posted about 1 year ago marine1 said: I love whey protein. I put a scoop in my coffee every morning instead of creamer. I also blend it with blueberries, strawberries, water and ice cubes for a snack later in the day. It tastes better than a smoothie and gives you instant energy. The healthy kind of energy, not the jittery kind. I actually lost 4 pounds without that even being my intention. Protein does speed up your metabolism. |

I want to work there, that is amazing that you have spent millions of dollars at GNC. I would love to have that kind of extra cash. Could you please send me an application so I can apply at your former department. BTW: My diet and getting in shape tip for everyone. "Don't open your mouth every time your elbow bends."
