Im looking for a load bearing vest that looks like the uniform shirt.  I am trying to get the department to approve the load bearing suspenders/harness but im having a tough time.  They dont like the 'look' and the load bearing vest or 'tac vest' is used by the scu unit only and not a patrol look.   I tried to explain the medical reasons but still, no.  Someone suggested the vest that looks like a uniform shirt.  I looked at jguniforms.com.. they look great but don't seem to really relieve any duty belt pressure or weight.  So here is my question:

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a 'LOAD BEARING' (not just a ballistic carrier) vest that looks like a uniform shirt?

However, that is the 'tac vest' style that the Patrol guys cant wear.  It looks too "agressive" they say.  I need one that looks like the jguniform style, but somehow does a load bearing job.

I already have a custom vest from Richardcowell.  They call that a "Tac Vest" and thats the one they say is not allowed for patrol work.  Its too 'agressive' looking.  Im only allowed to wear it on call outs.  Thanks anyway.
